Yesterday's post and challenge is very well timed. While taking Hedgehog to the doctor this morning, my blood work was in as well... and I need work on getting my cholesterol down this summer to prevent having to look at medication for it.
Therefore, I really need to get the exercise happening each day. And of course today is pouring rain. Not the best weather for taking a congested 9 month old. But I anticipate I will be on my feet for nearly 4 hours tonight, moving products, stocking shelves and just moving. Hoping it counts for my first day.
Tomorrow there will be a good solid walk from the transitway to work.
