Yup, that's right.
Hedgehog had his first go of solid food today, and he devoured it!!!
We were looking at all the rice cereals in the store and they all have wierd things added to them. After discussions with the pharmacist and our family doctor, we decided just to cook some white rice, blend/mush it up and mix it with breast milk.
Hedgehog was so excited that he was finally getting a spoon in his mouth and with something on it! He has been eyeing up our food for weeks.
Lots of food ended up on him, but lots also ended up in him.
Will keep giving the rice a go for the next couple of weeks, before we move onto things that are green.
